You'll recall sunning and strolling on a seemingly endless white sand beach. Or relaxing in the shade of coconut palms. You'll remember the crystal-clear water and the multicolored tropical fish. Submit Your Own Review! The efficiency of arrival and departure was on point,
Pros: The efficiency of arrival and departure was on point,
Cons: Room was dirty
Review: The crew was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Only problem, the room was dirty and there was trash in the garbage can. Crackers and crumbs on the tables inside, carpet and balcony. I had to do a little bit of housekeeping and pray bedsheets were clean. I didn’t let it ruin the experience so I still gave you 5 stars.

Pros: Extremely good service and attentiveness of the staff. Complementary food selections were great. State room was comfortable and very well attended to.
Cons: Felt a lot of motion from a ship that size did not expect this. Shore excursions were brief and time in the pork shop very rushed and uncomfortable. Venturing out in Costa. Maya did locals attempted to fleece us because we were tourists.
Review: This was our first cruise, and the overall experience was fantastic. There were some minor hitches that occurred during the process however, I’m not sure how much control Royal Caribbean had over them.

Pros: Big enough to have great entertainment, food was wonderful, very clean, Crew was very attentive
Cons: A little too big for my liking. Too many kids.
Review: The Allure is a great ship in the Royal Line. There is lots to do with good shows. The food was great and the crew is attentive. A little too big for me and lots of kids. The Odyssey is about as big as I want for me. Other than that, great time.

Food, destinations, ports, excursions, shows, staff
Pros: Food, destinations, ports, excursions, shows, staff
Cons: Onboard shopping
Review: Everything was fantastic! The staff onboard went out of way to be friendly and provide excellent service. There was always plenty of delicious food that fed even our pickiest eaters with ease. The ship was beautiful and very clean. The shows (especially the Aqua Show and Mamma Mia!) were beyond amazing and would be worthy of booking the cruise to see alone! The ports were great and RC helped us immensely by having the excusions booked through the cruiseline which reduced the effort we needed to put in. We were thoroughly pleased with everyone with the exception of wanting to shop more and having limited onboard shopping but that saved us money so no complaints there! We highly recommend the Allure of the Seas!
Variety of venues and activities, low census on the ship this cruise so not crowded on board or in ports, friendly crew.
Pros: Variety of venues and activities, low census on the ship this cruise so not crowded on board or in ports, friendly crew.
Cons: Covid restrictions still in place (masks) which are a necessary inconvenience.
Review: The cruise line appears to be doing everything reasonably possible to keep passengers & crew healthy.
constant cleaning of hands, and anything that the crew could find or touch
Pros: constant cleaning of hands, and anything that the crew could find or touch
Cons: magic and adult comedy shows very disappointing
Review: couldn't find more pleasant staff, friendly courteous people than what was on the ship. Wished the whole world could be like these individuals. The staff couldn't do enough for everyone. Love the way they made animals out of towels and the way they kept everything super clean from the room to everything that anyone would touch
Great being 1600 passengers/1800 crew!

Pros: Beautiful, so much to do, entertainment awesome, loved our time!
Cons: My time dining VERY busy first night!
Review: The only suggestion I have is to make reservation every night for My Time dining. This way you have no wait. Or on first night, book book in one of the Restraunts. Once you make reservation, my time diningvwas still our favorite way to eat in the dining room.
Great shows and activities on board
Pros: Great shows and activities on board
Cons: Royal up program, crowed ship excursions
Review: We enjoyed the time at sea with all the great shows, Thermo Spa, Gym, Zip Line, Flow Rider, and good food for such a large group. The ship was in good shape after 5 years of continuous uses since the last refresh. Spend time in Central Park almost forgetting we where on a cruise.
Beautiful ship; Many well planned and timed activities; clean ship and kitchen
Pros: Beautiful ship; Many well planned and timed activities; clean ship and kitchen
Cons: Smoke from Casino can be smelled in the Icon Dining room if you sit on the 4th floor near the front
Review: RC did a very nice job with having a number of gluten free meals. Could expand the desserts a bit more.
Very organized and fast embarkation and disembarkation
Pros: Very organized and fast embarkation and disembarkation
Cons: No Cons
Review: I have no cons for this particular sailing with RCL on Allure of the Seas. It was a very beautiful ship and our Central Park Balcony was beautiful.
Very imformative mixed with fun and adventure!
Pros: Very imformative mixed with fun and adventure!
Cons: Cant think of one!
Review: From the inital boarding to embarkation it was a wonderful trip. I learned a great deal in the seminar at sea, and had a great time onboard taking advantage of all the amenities and activities. Wonderful experience all throughout!!
Great Staff-most food great-(exception was desserts at Marketplace Grill). Specialty venue 150 Central Park was superb! Excellent food and service. Embarkation and debarkation down to a science. I went to all of the shows and they were very good. Mamma Mia was excellent!
Pros: Great Staff-most food great-(exception was desserts at Marketplace Grill). Specialty venue 150 Central Park was superb! Excellent food and service. Embarkation and debarkation down to a science. I went to all of the shows and they were very good. Mamma Mia was excellent!
Cons: If you don't purchase the drink package, it isn't always easy to find ice water or tea to drink(the complimentary drinks). Complimentary coffee, on the other hand was readily available. On other cruise lines I have been on, the buffet restaurant was always open(not for food)for you to get some water, tea, or lemonade. The door to our balcony evidently didn't seal all the way, because the first couple of nights was pretty windy and the wind howled through it. It wasn't just our stateroom. Others in the Central Park balcony rooms complained of the same thing. Also the showers are very small. If you are a person of size, I can see that this could be a problem.
Review: All in all, this was a really fun time. Very educational and Faith was so upbeat and just a great trainer. For such a large ship, most of the time you wouldn't know there are that many people on board.
Attentiveness of the staff. Cleanliness. Variety of entertainment.
Pros: Attentiveness of the staff. Cleanliness. Variety of entertainment.
Cons: The ports of call- San Juan and st marteen is not what I had hoped for
Review: We were extremely satisfied with our cruise. The only draw backs were the ports of call of st marteen and San Juan. The countries we feel have deteriorated from what they used to be. Labadee was fantastic. We felt very well cared for. The lunch provided was a great experience. A definite stop to get off the ship and enjoy a relaxing day so don’t miss out. Make sure to go to the sandy beach.
Most of the ship is nice, lots of choices for things to do and great shows and lots of family activities
Pros: Most of the ship is nice, lots of choices for things to do and great shows and lots of family activities
Cons: Ship seems like it needs so refreshing, also there I got the impression that they need more staff. Wish they didn't change the route from what was listed in the brochure, very disappointed in that
Review: There was alot of rain and wind, people were falling and one woman fell and no one from the crew came to check on her and she sat on the floor for at least 10 minutes. The route did not give you enough time to enjoy the islands, You had to rush around to try to enjoy something in the port. In the windjammer cafe they used to have people to help you and bring water and coffee and other things, now it's every man for himself, you want something you'll have to get up and get it yourself.
STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND FUN
Pros: STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND FUN
Cons: NOTHING TO SAY
Review: SHIP CHANGED PORTS OF CALL. WE WERE DISAPPOINTED ABOUT NOT GOING TO ST, THOMAS,
Large Ship with many entertainment and dining options
Pros: Large Ship with many entertainment and dining options
Cons: Lack of information given to the passengers regarding a time change
Review: This ship offered something for every age group. A wonderful time was had by all. The ship never felt crowded with the exception of one day when the passengers were not made aware that a time change had occurred and it caught everyone off guard and scrambling to get breakfast at the same time to make it to their excursions. The size of the ship made it very stable in the water such that the motion of the vessel was nearly undetectable.
My companion and I enjoyed the cruise. The food, service, and entertainment were excellent. The staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly and responded to all our needs. The ports of call were convenient and interesting to visit.
Pros: My companion and I enjoyed the cruise. The food, service, and entertainment were excellent. The staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly and responded to all our needs. The ports of call were convenient and interesting to visit.
Cons: The ship was very crowded because of the summer vacation time when children accompanied their parents. There were a total of 6,410 guests (of which 5,492 were double occupancy). The children did not bother us. They were well behaved.
Review:
Great foodAnd accommodations
Pros: Great foodAnd accommodations
Cons: Cozumel dolphin swim and ride very disorganized
Review: Waiting longer to get started once we got There too many people, waiting line, not Enough instructions Actual dolphin interaction good, guide excellent Locker cost expensive
Friendly & Helpful crew, Amenities, Things to do
Pros: Friendly & Helpful crew, Amenities, Things to do
Cons: Lots of people
Review: We had an amazing cruise vacation on Allure of the Seas. The Eastern Caribbean was a great route. The excursions that were available were awesome. The crew were so helpful and served to your every need. All of the different neighborhoods on the ship were great and each had a little different things that they offered. We saw 2 comedy shows, Mamma Mia the musical, water show, Blue Planet music & dance show. All were great. The only very minor hiccup we encountered was they had timing issues getting the gangways deployed while in Nassau and there was a substantial people backup that happened. However, once they got us moving we were able to get out of the ship and onto our excursions. If you have never gone on a cruise, you need to do it. Amazing vacation with Royal Caribbean and the Allure of the Seas.
Loved the staff, food, drinks
Pros: Loved the staff, food, drinks
Cons: Not enough time in ports & not getting reimbursed for ports that get cancelled
Review: As far as our experience we had a wonderful time on the ship. The only thing we had a issue with was our port excursions getting cut short for no reason given & for one of our ports getting cancelled due to an on board medical emergency and not giving us any compensation for not being able to go to the port
overall staff, entertainment, food, St.Kitts/mini speed boat & snorkling, Puerto Rico/Carabali ATV Adventure
Pros: overall staff, entertainment, food, St.Kitts/mini speed boat & snorkling, Puerto Rico/Carabali ATV Adventure
Cons: Bahamas/Atlantis & Dolphin Cove
Review: Guides were amazing at St. Kitts and Puerto Rico. Found it disorganzied at Bahamas getting off ship to excursion point which seemed to cut into the excursion time. Did not have enough time at Atlantis to really take in the whole experience and wished to have more time at Dolphin Cove to interact with Dolphins.

Review: After being on this boat, we realized we had been doing cruising wrong. The ship does make all the difference. Its so big, we didn't even get a chance to see everything on a 7 day cruise. There were so many options of activities at night we had fun planing each night, some nights we just bounced around. From the shows, to excellent comedy, to themed dance/music, piano bar, jazz club, music in the park, game shows, and karaoke we always were entertained. We visited the piano bar 4 nights, it was so fun and the musician was fantastic!
Beautiful ship - great food - good people
Pros: Beautiful ship - great food - good people
Cons: Too many kids and dogs
Review: Kids running all over the place, in the adult jacuzzi playing ball??? Dogs in strollers, absurd. It's a beautiful ship but not the place for kids. I know they cater to families, but that will be there downfall. If I wasn't diamone plus, I might go to a "adult" friendly cruise line. Also, 4 hours in one port and 7 in the other. They need to get it together with the ports and how long you spend in them.....figure it out.
This is a very large and wonderful ship. Kudos to the designers of this majestic beauty. Clearly a lot of thought went into the design.
Pros: This is a very large and wonderful ship. Kudos to the designers of this majestic beauty. Clearly a lot of thought went into the design.
Cons: Sometimes too many people get in the way, but we understand. It is a very large ship.
Review: My wife and I had a grand time on this very nice ship. We did not use all the facilities and/or enjoy all the entertainment provided. Nevertheless, we would be very happy to sail on her again in the future.
Great ship, in spite of 6000+ cruisers it just didn't feel crowded
Pros: Great ship, in spite of 6000+ cruisers it just didn't feel crowded
Cons: Sound level in the showroom was almost painful level at times.
Review: This cruise was regarded as one of our better cruises to celebrate our 50th wedding. Also had our daughter and her grandson along. We all were able to get into all the shows by a fairly new electronic booking process. We were also able to participate in ship activities that we had planned on. Every one was very satisfied with staff. It seemed that each minor issue we had was resolved quickly. Ate almost all our dining in the Windjammer buffet. Just because the dining room is to slow for us. The food was excellent.
FANTASTIC SHIP, LOTS TO DO
Pros: FANTASTIC SHIP, LOTS TO DO
Cons: CAN'T THINK OF ANY
Review: CREW AND MEALS WERE FABULOUS AS ALWAYS. CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN
Variety of shows, size of ship, variety of dining experiences, attentive staff
Pros: Variety of shows, size of ship, variety of dining experiences, attentive staff
Cons: 7 days is too short to fully experience this beautiful ship, ports of call(change from original)
Review: You’d think with 6500 passengers and 2300 crew it would be wall to wall people, but not even close. This amazing ship is massive. There was rarely a line for anything. Something else that was new to us was making reservations for shows. This works extremely well. The shows were incredible, too. I’d get back on this ship in a heartbeat.
Excellent service
Pros: Excellent service
Cons: None
Review: The service was excellent down to every detail. The food top quality and lots of choices with excellent service in dining room and windjammer cafe. Entertainment excellent good shows. Recommend this to anybody wants to get is moneys worth.

Review: A truly awesome ship with so much to see and experience on board that it is almost impossible to do in just a 7 day cruise. The staff were very friendly and warm, going above and beyond to make your vacation perfect.

Lots of Activities and Shows
Pros: Lots of Activities and Shows
Cons: Assigned Dining Room food not the best so ate at other dining locations.
Review: The ship is great! Many activities on board. Travelers and staff were all friendly and having a good time.
Excellent dining room servers. This time made French Onion soup correctly.
Pros: Excellent dining room servers. This time made French Onion soup correctly.
Cons: Elevators too crowded if you have motorized scooter
Review: My wife is handicapped and used a motorized scooter. One time it took over 20 minutes to get on elevator b/c of too many inconsiderate people and no nearby phone to call for help. Needless to say we were late for our appointed dining room time (It was dress up night too). I was looking forward to island of St Martin. But b/c of Irma we were diverted to St Kitts. I was really looking forward to that. But again... Then I thought we were going to San Juan. No. Finally Jamaica. Been to Western side 3 times now. Disappointed Yes. Maybe next time, I'll get to go where I haven't been.
cleanliness, friendly and attentive crew members
Pros: cleanliness, friendly and attentive crew members
Cons: poor reservation system for my time dining and shows
Review: Great ship and vast variety of activities and amenities. The specialty restaurants were pricey and with a group of 9 opted not to visit. The reservation system for shows was a total farce. If you did or did not have a reservation and presented your sea pass card you were given entry.
Variety of activities, events, shows to meet the needs of all ages. Great food and great staff
Pros: Variety of activities, events, shows to meet the needs of all ages. Great food and great staff
Cons: So big that is we just couldn't get everything done we wanted to.
Review: The staff were wonderful! They truly wanted you to feel like this was your vacation and that you should be pampered. So many things to do and see on the ship. Great shows too! Would sail on this ship again. Stateroom was well equipped and looked nice. Clean.
Very attentive crew
Pros: Very attentive crew
Cons: Not applicable
Review: I definitely recommend this ship. It is a very large ship but the personnel made you feel very important and special and at home at sea.
So much to do
Pros: So much to do
Cons: None
Review: I was curious about a mega ship although I had talked to several people who had been on one. They are fantastic!!! So many smaller venues so that it never seemed crowded and could even fill intimate. Latin band & bar, champagne & martini bar, a pub with music, Starbucks, lots of shops just on one floor. Loved Central Park with lots of trees, bushes, flowers, a bar that floats up & down 3 floors. Also surrounded by 2 steak houses, Italian restaurant, wine & tapas bar with live music in Park . Open to sky. Broadway 2 hr Mama Mia, outside water show. No wait for elevators. Our room was very large, large balcony. Walk in closet with wall of shelves! Can't say enough good things. Really, try it!!' Kids have flight rider, miniature golf, rock wall, Boardwalk with real Carosel, Mexican restaurant, Johnny Rockets, way more stuff.
Pros: No Pros
Cons: Had to stand for almost 2 hours in a snake line for customs.
Review: The cruise was great until it was time to leave the ship. Being an older person with sore knees, having to snake in a line for almost 2 hours was the worst I have ever had to endure after a cruise.
service was amazing
Pros: service was amazing
Cons: limited room service menu
Review: Our second time on this ship and we would highly recommend it. Took the Junior balcony suite. Well worth the extra cost.

Pros: Loved the Ocean aria show . The buffet was extensive and the various food types were numerous.
Cons: Too many people, I felt bad for folks who were turned away for dinner.
Review: I had a nice cruise but I really think I've had just as much fun on a smaller ship. The trips to and from the rooms were far too long of a walk. During my shower one day the water shut off and did not come back on for several minutes. ... not good.

Pros: none
Cons: To much time standing in line
Review: The ship is beautiful and I would sail again. Getting off the ship was fine, however then the problems start. 1 hour and 30 minutes standing in line is two long. There might be something done to expedite the time required going through customs. There are disabled veterans like myself that find it difficult standing for that period of time.
Bedding was wonderful, the specialty diners were great, many pools, a lot of activities.
Pros: Bedding was wonderful, the specialty diners were great, many pools, a lot of activities.
Cons: The buffet got old.
Review: Every night we listened to great music in a different bar. The ship is so big we never felt crowded.
Diamond Club. Staff very attentive. So many opportunities
Pros: Diamond Club. Staff very attentive. So many opportunities
Cons: Buffett too busy,
Review: Wonderful 5 day trip, except too short.
Although the ship is huge, we did not feel that we were crowded. There were all sorts of thing to do including the shows like Mama Mia, the Aqua dive show, Blue Planet, and a comedian. The crew was friendly and the service was outstanding!
Pros: Although the ship is huge, we did not feel that we were crowded. There were all sorts of thing to do including the shows like Mama Mia, the Aqua dive show, Blue Planet, and a comedian. The crew was friendly and the service was outstanding!
Cons: The only cons we came across were our shore excursions thru Royal Carribean. We were looking for more historical tours to be informed about the islands and took one at each port. Alot of times it felt as though they were just taking us to places to shop. We were disappointed in both the Paradise Island sighteeing tour in the Bahamas and the Mountain Top & Blackbeards Castle tour. Take time to read the RC reviews on these tours.
Review: Overall we had a wonderful time on the Allure and would go back again. The crew was wonderful and very attentive.
High quality entertainment shows, Many sport activities available, Large ship so very stable, not easy getting motion sickness. Nice Central Park and boardwalk with many stores and restaurant.
Pros: High quality entertainment shows, Many sport activities available, Large ship so very stable, not easy getting motion sickness. Nice Central Park and boardwalk with many stores and restaurant.
Cons: Buffet food is average, not good quality.
Review: Very enjoy the shows presented.
The ship was exceptionally well maintained, clean and neatly manicured. Staff throughout the ship were friendly, helpful and delightful. Always something to do on the ship.
Pros: The ship was exceptionally well maintained, clean and neatly manicured. Staff throughout the ship were friendly, helpful and delightful. Always something to do on the ship.
Cons: Although there was a great variety of food, the temp of the food was tepid not hot. Allowing pets in the Windjammer (we're not talking about allowing seeing eye dogs in) was deplorable. They were on the chair and table. The owner would pet the dog and, without washing his hands, use his fingers instead of the tongs provided to pick up food off serving bars. Highly unsanitary.
Review: Our Stateroom Stewart was phenomenal, friendly, courteous, respectful and an overall joy. Always a smile and remembered our names from the beginning. Our Stateroom was very spacious with an extreme amount of storage. Captain kept us out of the wrath of Hurricane Matthew even though it meant our ports of call had to be changed. The entire staff throughout the ship were willing to help you even if it didn't pertain to their job; they were very knowledgeable. Shows were well entertaining and fantastic. Couldn't ask for a smoother cruise during hurricane season.
Great ship, crew is over the top in regards to service.
Pros: Great ship, crew is over the top in regards to service.
Cons: Dining to a degree still good
Review: I think in some cases the dinners could be improved. The Celebrity I believe was a step above in general dining.

Cons: Had to make reservations to attend shows, time for dinner; too large a ship. When we were at Labade, we were given conflicting times and reasons why we were not able to use the kayaks as far as payment, time, or availability

Cons: Seemed understaffed at times. Longer waits for service.
Review: All in all good trip. Show, Mamma Mia was excellent. Very talented actors, singers, etc. Great performance. Great experience in specialty restaurants, visited two (Samba Grill and 150 Central Park). Staff in Foto Shop needed to adjust charge for Platinum Bonus. Weather was hit and miss. Ship very clean and a great experience to sail on the Allure.

Pros: 7 days of pamperingl

Review: The Allure is a beautiful ship. There is so much to do on the ship you will never be board. If you want to just relax and do nothing there are so many places to lounge and enjoy the sun, shade or cool breeze. The ship is so large it never felt crowded. Even though there were many people on board the ship It was very easy to get on and off the ship for daily excursions. The ship is very organized.

Review: Nancy was amazing! She always responded promptly to my questions and concerns. She arranged for the best place in our opinion for first timers. Although, by the time my vacation time arrived this made my 3rd cruise. It was the best!
Ship and staff was excellent
Pros: Ship and staff was excellent
Cons: Excursions were too long. Radio and ear phones that were given were horrible, couldnt hear the guide. Buses that we took were hot and trip to destination was to long.
Review: We had the pleasure of meeting our dinner staff Daniel and Surdeer they were the best. Very professional, courteous, and their customer service was excellent. We also wanted to recognize our bartenders, Maria and Steve on the Boardwalk bar. Their customer service and professionalism is the reason we only went to this bar to get our drinks. They would welcome us with a smile and made our cruise so special. Daniel, Surdeer, Maria and Steve are employees that really need to be recognized and appreciated for their outstanding professionalism, customer service and hard work. They are four of the most awesome, hard working employees and it was a pleasure having met and cruising with them.

Review: We just returned from a 7-night cruise vacation aboard Royal Caribbean's Allure. The ship is absolutely spectacular! We highly recommend it! What a wonderful & unforgettable vacation. Next time we would choose the Eastern Caribbean. The ports we went to in the Western Caribbean were not that great except for the Dolphin Experience in Cozumel.
Beautiful ship-Great crew members
Pros: Beautiful ship-Great crew members
Cons: Way too big and way too much walking!!!!!
Review: Bars are for adults!! I didn't like the idea of sitting in a bar with other people accompanied by their "children", running around. It was a distraction I have not seen on any other ship!!

Many different activities; Great service; Wonderful loft suite stateroom; Specialty restaurant (Chops Grille) was great
Pros: Many different activities; Great service; Wonderful loft suite stateroom; Specialty restaurant (Chops Grille) was great
Cons: Dining environment
Review: Main dining room was LOUD and chaotic; Too crowded; Too casual; Not a pleasant experience to eat there, although the food was good; Windjammer always crowded, also loud, but that environment is more expected in the buffet location We would probably not sail on this ship again at this point in our cruising lives--too many people in too small a space Our loft suite stateroom was great--more than enough room, great view, wonderful amenities Chops Grille was very nice

Then there was Timia, a server from Budapest, Hungary, and then, of course, Cruise Director, Ken Rush. JUST ANOTHER FANTASTIC RCL CRUISE!!
